Being born just 11 months before my baby brother, who had special needs, and having two parents working in healthcare gave me a front-row seat to the complexities of life. 

 

At a young age, I consciously questioned life’s biggest mysteries like:

• What truly makes people happy?

• What creates harmony while struggling to find peace?

• What makes some families flow seamlessly while others are at battle?

 

For nearly three decades, I’ve been captivated by these questions. The constant curiosity became the soul of my life’s work as I enriched my understanding of what brings fulfillment and meaning to life. 

 

I’ve been privileged to have discovered the answers to my questions, and I am more than ecstatic to have condensed my discoveries into a powerful coaching platform rooted in sustainable longevity.
